Project Lead The Way is a non-profit organization that aims to help PreK-12 students think critically, communicate effectively and utilize STEM by presenting them with challenges faced in the real world. In their upcoming event, Windy 500, students will be tasked with creating miniature wind-propelled vehicles and testing them on two distinct tracks.

For this event, PLTW wanted a logo that captured the essence of the competition's core themes and emphasized STEM. The time window? Two days.

The final logo combines the concepts of wind, racing and tech into one, cohesive logo that readily conveys the purpose of the event.
